Abstract

Inovace a inovační procesy jsou díky své mnohovrstevnatosti a komplexnosti tématem, které v laických ani odborných diskusích není vždy reflektováno v celé své složitosti. Cíle příspěvku je přispět k porozumění inovacím v práci učitele. Autor příspěvku poukazuje na teoretický rámec inovací a inovačních procesů tak, jak je vnímán v diskurzu vtěleném do odborné literatury. Tento teoretický rámec autor užívá k vysvětlení podstaty inovačních procesů v práci učitele.

Abstract (in English)

Though innovations and innovative processes are very often quoted in discussions about the transformation and the development of schools and the schooling systems, the public and/or the specialist seldom reflect them in all their stratification and complexity. Similary vague are the discussions on the innovations in teaching. This contribution makes up a theoretic framework of innovations as percieved within the discourse within the professional literature. The framework is then used to explain the essentials of innovations in teaching: the grasp of such innovations is the objective of this contribution.
