The analysyss of 348 non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients showes that resection of the primary tumor - still remains the only way of curative treatment. The group of patients with surgical treatment was 28% from whole NSCLC group. After the diagnosis was surgical treatment indicated in 19% and in 11% after neoadjuvant teratment.
