Abstract
The contribution presents the results of an empirical research of organizational values of Czech manufacturing companies, which was carried out on a sample of members of top and middle management of 29 companies. The study presents the typical constellations of values, and the degrees of consistency and sharing present in analyzed Czech companies.

Příspěvek se zabývá výsledky empirického výzkumu organizačních hodnot českých výrobních firem, který byl proveden na vzorku členů vrcholového a středního managementu dvaceti devíti firem. Studie prezentuje typické konstelace hodnot ve zkoumaných českých firmách, míru jejich konzistence a sdílení uvnitř firmy.
