Abstract

Kniha Obrazy dětství v dnešní české společnosti nabízí v osmi kapitolách osm pohled, osm obrazů dětství jako sociální instituce. Autoři jednotlivých studií ukazují dětství v různých prostorech a kontextech - jako prostor uvnitř rodin, v kontextu s mateřstvím, prostřednictvím dětských hodnocení rodičovské výchovy, v kontextu s příběhy pohádek, jako osobní paměť, jako pole politických znalostí a přesvědčení a jako konflikt diskursů v post-socialistické české společnosti.

Abstract (in English)

The book "Images of Childhoods in Contemporary Czech Society" is structured in eight chapters, which showing childhood both structured and structuring social institution. The childhood in the contemporary Czech society is analysing in different spaces and contexts as a space within families, in the context of motherhood, through the mediation of children evolution of parentals upbringing, in the context of stories in fairytales, as a personal memory, in the field of political knowledge and believes and as a conflicting discourses in post-socialist Czech society.
