Abstract
Arrangement of major and minor variants of telomeric repeats, periodicity of telomeric nucleosomes and presence of proteins showing afinity to both ancestral (Arabidopsis-type) and major (human-type) telomeric repeats were analyse in selected Asparagales plants.
Abstract (in Czech)
U vybraných zástupců rostlin řádu Asparagales bylo analyzováno uspořádání majoritních a minoritních variant telomerických repetic, periodicita nukleozómů telomerového chromatinu a přítomnost proteinů s afinitou k ancestrálnímu (Arabidopsis-) a majoritnímu (lidskému) typu telomerických repetic.
