Abstract
Primary cancer prevention needs to be sterted as early as possible as a part of a systematic school education. Optimum methodology of education adjusted to the age is still in a process to define. We can demonstrate some expirience with system of education in smoking prevention programmes. Special part of cancer education at school is definitely the evaluation, monitoring the level of knowledge as well as attitudes, values, skills, habits and health behaviour.
Abstract (in Czech)
Je nutné, aby se primární onkologická prevence co nejdříve stala systematickou součástí školní výchovy. Je důležité vymezit optimální metodologii přiměřenou věku dítěte. Mnohé zkušenosti jsou již s protikuřáckými preventivními programy. Výzmanou součástí této výchovy na školách je evaluace, zjišťování znalostí stejě jako postojů, hodnot, dovedností, návyků a chování vedoucímu k podpoře zdraví.
