Studie ukazuje na základě rozboru zákonných výnosů narůstající obavy vládních kruhů z šíření idejí francouzské revoluce. Autorka demonstruje na příkladech procesů s moravskými duchovními, obviněnými z šíření myšlenek svobody a rovnosti, tvrdý postup úřadů.

On the basis of analysis of legal decrees, the study shows the increasing alarms of the establishment in respect of propagation of the French revolution ideas. Applying the example of the law-suits with Moravian clergymen charged with the propagation of the ideas of freedom and equality, the author demonstrated the hard practice of authorities.
