TY - JOUR ID - 564764 AU - Kramářová, Eva - Slanina, Jiří PY - 2004 TI - ELICITATION OF SYNTHETIC ABILITIES OF IN VITRO CULTURES SCHIZANDRA CHINENSIS (TURCZ.) BAILL. PB - ESNA CY - Novi Sad, Serbia and Monte Negro SN - 8675200331 KW - elicitation KW - plant cell culture KW - Schisandra chinensis KW - methyljasmonate KW - calli culture N2 - Synthetic abilities of calli culture Schizandra chinensis in vitro have been studied in our studies. An elektrospray high-performance liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry interface coupled with a photodiode-array detector has been applied to the identification of a number of lignan constituents of SFE extracts the calli cultures Schisandra chinensis: gomisin J, gomisin N, schisanhenol, gomisin M, schisantherin B, deoxyschisandrin, gomisin R, gama-schisandrin and schisandrin. The calli cultures extracted from stalks of plants grown on Gamborg B5 medium with addition of PEG /polyethyenglykol Sigma 6000/ contained ( % in dry matter): schizandrin 4 times, gomisin 10 times and deoxyschizandrin 1,5 times higher volume in comparison to the control calli cultures. Antioxidative abilities /on the basis of reaction with DPPH radical/ of calli cultures gained from fruits were approximately four times higher compared to the calli cultures gained from stalks. By using methyljasmonate as elicitor in concentration 0,002 mg/l the volume of five lignans in calli cultures gained from stalks rose ten times compared to the control calli cultures. Calli and suspension cultures extracted from stalk posses higher acceptance of elicitor intervention than calli and suspension cultures extracted from fruit. ER -
