Abstract
Two cell lines were established from biopsy samples of patients surgically treated for glioblastoma multiforme. Genetic abnormalities were studied on fresh bioptic material using interphase fluorescence in situ hybridization (iFISH); cultivated cell lines were analyzed by G-banding and spectral karyotyping (SKY). The expression of intermediate filament proteins (vimentin, GFAP, nestin) was analyzed at different passages for both cell lines.
Abstract (in Czech)
Na buněčných liniích derivovaných z nádorové tkáně pacientů s diagnózou glioblastoma multiforme byly studovány genetické abnormality a změny v expresi proteinů intermediárních filament.
