Pacienti, u kterých byla plánována autotransplantace zubů, podstoupili CT vyšetření. Na základě dat získaných z CT byly vytvořeny biomodely zubů určených k autotransplantaci. Použití biomodelů zkracuje extraalveolární periodu autotransplantace a minimalizuje možnost mechanického poškození periodoncia autotransplantovaného zubu.

Patients with planned tooth autotransplantation underwent a CT examination. The data obtained by the CT were used to create biomodels of teeth intended for autotransplantation. The use of a biomodels shortens the extraalveolar period of autotransplantation and minimizes the risk of mechanical damage to the tooth autotransplant periodontal ligament.
