Monografie se zabývá postavením původního romského etnika na moravskoslezském území v letech 1740-1945. Systematicky zpracovává proces usazování Romů na Moravě a ve Slezsku, jejich sociální, právní a ekonomické postavení i závěrečnou genocidu Romů za nacistické okupace.

Abstract (in English)

The treatise concentrates on position of the original Gypsy ethnic group in Moravian - Silesian area from 1740 to 1945. In a systematic way, it covers the process of settlement of Gypsies in Moravia and Silesia, their social, legal, economic and cultural position, and the final genocide of Gypsies during the Nazi occupation.
