Abstract
The aim of the study was to test possible associations of two polymorphisms in RXR alpha-receptors genes with psoriasis. Individual variants of RXR could influence susceptibility of psoriasis treatment by retinoids.
Abstract (in Czech)
Cílem studie bylo ověřit možné asociace dvou polymorfismů genů pro receptory RXR-alfa u psoriázy. Individuální varianty těchto receptorů mohou ovlivnit vnímavost psoriázy na léčbu retinoidy.
