Abstract

V originále

The analyses revealed significant position of advanced clinical stage (III+IV) and increased DNA ploidy as primary risk factors (p < 0.01). Cytokinetic parameters and proliferation activity were found as important predictors of the second level early progressed cases have typically decreased SPF fraction combined with increased mitotic activity.
