Abstract
The possibility of determination Nb, Ta, Ti and Co in tungsten carbide powdered materials by LIBS was investigated. The results obtained by LIBS were compared with results obtained by laser ablation inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (LA-ICP-AES) and solution analysis using ICP-AES.
Abstract (in Czech)
Byly zkoumány možnosti stanovení Nb, Ta, Ti a Co v práškových wolframkarbidech pomocí spektrometrie laserem buzeného plazmatu. Výsledky byly porovnány s hodnotamy obdrženými metodou ICP-AES ve spojení s laserovou ablací a roztokovou analýzou pomocí ICP-AES.
