Abstract
The representative set of cDNA sequences of telomerase protein subunits (TERT) from Asparagales was cloned. These sequences were compared to known TERTs from other model organisms.

Byla naklonována representativní sada cDNA sekvencí proteinových podjednotek telomeráz (TERT) z Asparagales. Tyto sekvence byly porovnány se známými sekvencemi TERT z jiných modelových organismů.
