Časně eneolitická osada v Březolupech poskytla bohatý soubor keramiky, štípané kamenné a broušené industrie datující lokalitu do II. stupně MMK. Ojedinělým nálezem je drobná plochá sekerka ze zelené břidlice s rytou výzdobou, která nemá ve svém provedení u nás obdoby.
