Abstract
The main objective of this presentation is to summarise the key results of the assessment of the most important rivers within the Morava River basin where the PERLA assessment system has been applied. The main goal was to evaluate ecological status and to compare different assessment tools used on large rivers and evaluate the possibilities and advantages of different indexes applied within the assessment system.

Předmětem studie bylo shrnutí výsledků hodnocení získané metodami systému PERLA pro významné toky v povodí řeky Moravy. Hlavním cílem bylo vyhodnotit ekologický stav, porovnat různé metody hodnocení velkých řek, možnosti a výhody různých indexů.
