In the original language
In LQT3 patients, SCN5A mutations were found that lead to a small fraction of persistent hNav1.5 current. We explored the effects of such a change on the intracellular ionic homeostasis and arrhythmogenesis in a model of guinea-pig cardiac ventricular cell.
In Czech
SCN5A mutace sodíkových kanálů nalezené u pacientů se syndromem LQT3 způsobují vznik malé frakce persistentního hMav1.5 proudu. Cílem práce bylo vyšetřit účinek této mutace na intracelulární iontovou rovnováhu a arytmogenezi u modelu srdeční komorové buňky morčete.
