Abstract
Faradayic (charge-transfer) and non-faradayic (tensammetric) behaviour of nucleic acid components at different electrodes is described. Nucleic acid components are strongly adsorbed at the electrode surface and can form there by a two-dimensional condensation a compact surface film.
Abstract (in Czech)
Je popsáno faradayické (přenos náboje) a nefaradayické (tensametrické) chování složek nukleových kyselin na různých elektrodách. Složky nukleových kyselin jsou silně adsorbovány na povrchu elektrody a mohou tam vytvořit dvojrozměrnou kondenzací kompaktní povrchový film.
