Abstract
Immunocytochemical methods and transmission electron microscopy demonstrate the presence of the intermediate filament protein, nestin, in the nucleus of glioblastoma cell lines.

S využitím imunocytochemických metod a transmisní elektronové mikroskopie byla demonstrována přítomnosti nestinu (proteinu intermediárních filament) v buněčných jádrech linií derivovaných z multiformního glioblastomu.
