Abstract
The most significant changes measured in timid singly-housed male mice on paired interation with non-aggressive group-housed partners after acutely given ecstasy were in increase of defensive-escape behaviour and decrease of sociable activities (just the highest dose stimulated significantly walking), suggesting anxiogenic-like drug effects.
Abstract (in Czech)
Nejvýraznější signifikakntní změny chování plachých izolovaně chovaných myších samců v párových sociálních interakcích byly po akutním podání extáze registrovnány ve zvýšení obranně-útěkových prvků a snížení sociabilních aktivit (pouze nejvyší testovaná dávka stimulovala lokomoci), což ukazuje na anxiogenní účinek drogy.
