Abstract

lánek nabízí pohledy na nové odvtví, které se od konce minulého století zaíná objevovat na psychoterapeutické a poradenské scén. Terapie dobrodružstvím (adventure therapy) využívá psobení nároných až rizikových aktivit s cílem posílit schopnosti a rozvíjet dovednosti zvládat nároné situace a též umožnit emoní abreakci. Od 90. let 20. století dochází k pokusm skloubit dobrodružnou terapii s terapií rodinnou, jmenovit s její strategickou variantou v pojetí S. Minuchina. Toto propojování navozuje adu otazník teoretických i praktických, bezpenostních i etických. O nkterých z nich pojednáváme s ohledem na dv omezení: obsáhlost problematiky, o níž už existují monografie a desítky lánk; a trans-kulturní rozdíly mezi stední Evropou a Spojenými státy, z nichž terapie dobrodružstvím pedevším pochází. Vnujeme se vývoji a podobám terapie dobrodružstvím, snaze ustanovit nové odvtví rodinnou terapii dobrodružstvím; zabýváme se indikacemi a problematikou terapeuticky úinných promnných. Uvádíme též dv kazuistiky a nkteré zahraniní zkušenosti, nartáváme hodnocení možností i mezí tohoto pístupu.

Abstract (in English)

The article offers views on the new area that has started to appear at the end of the past century in psychotherapeutic, counseling, and pedagogic scene. Adventure Therapy implies the use of demanding, almost risk activities with goal to strenghthen abilities and develop skills to cope wih demanding situations and also allow for emotional abreaction. Since the 1990s, there are attempts to connect Adventure Therapy with family therapy, especially with its strategic variant in the Minuchins concept. This cross-connection brings a number of theoretical and practical, security and ethical questions. The presented article is dedicated to development and forms of Adventure Therapy up to the point of establishing a new area Adventure Family Therapy, and it presents some foreign experience. The concluding notes evaluate the posssibilities and limits of family therapy that use demanding or even adventurous situations.
