Abstract

Analýza odborného anglického textu (Vacek, J. Hendy, D.) is a textbook for non-specialist learners of English at intermediate level (Council of Europe Level B1, Level B2), and is designed for all students at Masaryk University Pedagogical Faculty (full-time, part-time, and postgraduate) wishing to upgrade their knowledge in the reading of authentic English texts and practise both academic special reading comprehension skills and conversation on current topics. The authentic texts are focused on similarities and cultural differences in the modern Czech and English-speaking environment, and should assist students in preparing for examinations in EFL at PdF MU.

Abstract (in Czech)

Tyto anglické texty jsou určeny středně pokročilým (úroveň B1, B2 v ERRJ) studentům společného základu prezenčních, kombinovaných i doktorských studijních programů PdF MU v Brně. Mají za cíl procvičit akademické dovednosti a napomáhat porozumění odbornému pedagogicko-psychologickému anglickému textu, zdokonalovat odborný mluvený i písemný projev, přispívat k upevnění nově osvojené slovní zásoby, a rozšiřovat tak komunikativní dovednosti při konverzaci na aktuální témata v anglickém jazyce.
