Abstract

Práce se komplexně zabývá sociologickou problematikou práva. Vymezuje sociologii práva a její hlavní představitele, vybrané směry sociologie práva a předkládá sociologické vymezení práva. Charakterizuje sociální normu, vztah práva a ostatních sociálních norem a vztah práva a kultury. Ukazuje právo v kontextu sociální reality, zejména pokud jde o právní vědomí, hodnotové orientace a funkce práva. Zabývá se i sociální empirií práva.

Abstract (in English)

Monograph is engaged in sociological questions of law. What is sociology of law, its main representatives, some orientations in sociology of law and sociological definitions of law. The book gives features of social norm, relations between law and other social norms and relation of law and culture. There are also topics: law in context of social reality, legal consciousness, value orientations and functions of law.
