Abstract
The aim of study was comparison of distribution of therapeutic efficaccy and side effects of long-term paroxetine treatment according to metabolic status. Statistically significant difference was only in poor metabolisers CYP2D6 in severity of sexual dysfunction.

Cílem práce bylo srovnání terapeutické odpovědi a výskytu vedlejších účinků léčby u dlouhobě léčených paroxetinem ve vztahu k aktivitě CYP2D6. Statisticky signifikantní rozdíl byl nalezen pouze ve výskytu a závažnosti sexuálních dysfunkcí u pacientů s pomalým metabolickým fenotypem CYP2D6.
