Abstract
In this paper, we present a healthcare--oriented application of dynamic ontology lifecycle scenario that has been recently developed within {\it Knowledge Web} --- EU Network of Excellence aimed at transition of Semantic Web technologies to industry. The key contribution of this paper is the proposal of methodologically and technically coherent ontology lifecycle scenario. The scenario provides an extensive use case for the domain of translational medicine, demonstrating the forthcoming impact on the biomedicine industry.
