Abstract
The subjects with anthracycline therapy had decrease systolic blood pressure, body weight and height, physical activity and increased baroreflex sensitivity. The increase of parasympathetic reflex control of the heart rate or lower blood pressure respectively after antitunour therapy are not signs of a physical training.
Abstract (in Czech)
Pacienti po antracyklinové terapii meli snížený systolický tlak, hmotnost a výšku, fyzickou aktivitu, a zvýšenou citlivost baroreflexu. Zvýšení parasympatické reflexní kontroly nebo nižší hodnoty krevního tlaku po protinádorové terapii nejsou známkou fyzického tréninku.
