Abstract
Podnik je třeba vnímat ne jako množinu věcí, ale jako společenství lidí. Konkurenční výhoda podniku spočívá v kvalitě vztahů mezi lidmi uvnitř i vně podniku. V jakémkoliv lidském společenství, tedy i v podniku, platí tři obecné principy: princip autority, princip konkurence a princip kooperace. Diferencované působení těchto principů v podniku lze demonstrovat na třech modelech.
Abstract (in English)
It is needed to perceive the company not as a set of things, but as a fellowship of people. The competitive advantage rests upon the quality of relationships of people inside and outside the company. In any human fellowship, therefore in company too, are three general principles valid: principle of authority, principle of competitiveness and principle of cooperation. Interaction of these principles in a company can be demonstrated on three models.
