Abstract
Repeated administration of methamphetamine elicited a significant sensitization to its antiaggressive effects. Methanandamide pre-treatment provoked cross-sensitization to this methamphetamine effect, whereas pre-treatment with JWH 015 did not. Combined pre-treatment with methamphetamine+AM 251 suppressed the sensitization to antiaggressive effects of methamphetamine.
Abstract (in Czech)
Opakovaná aplikace metamfetaminu vyvolala signifikantní senzitizaci k jeho antiagresivnímu účinku. Předcházející opakovaná aplikace metanandamidu vyvolala zkříženou senzitizaci k tomuto účinku, zatímco předcházející opakovaná aplikace látky JWH 015 toto nevyvolala. Kombinovaná předchozí aplikace metamfetaminu+AM 251 senzitizaci k antiagresivnímu účinku metamfetaminu potlačila.
