Abstract
In this review we summarize recent advances in phylogenetics and comparative genomics in the family Brassicaceae. We propose a simple system of 24 conserved chromosomal blocks (labeled A–X) related to a proposed ancestral karyotype (n = 8). These crucifer building blocks can be rearranged to model the genome structures of Arabidopsis thaliana, A. lyrata, Capsella rubella and Brassica rapa.
Abstract (in Czech)
V tomto review shrnujeme současný pokrok ve fylogenetice a komparativní genomice v čeledi Brassicaceae. Navrhujeme jednoduchý systém 24 evolučně konzervovaných „stavebních kamenů“ (označených A-X) vycházející z navrženého ancestrálního karyotypu (n=8). Tyto stavební kameny mohou být uspořádány tak, aby modelovaly genomovou strukturu druhů Arabidopsis thaliana, A. lyrata, Capsella rubella and Brassica rapa.
