Abstract
Objevil se signifikantní nárust aktivity po akutní dávce extáze; nedošlo k žádnému rozvoji ani expresi sensitizace po opakovaném podávání extáze; došlo k signifikantnímu nárustu aktivity po akutní dávce metamfetaminu a objevil se rozvoj i exprese sensitizace k extázi po opakovaném podávání metamfetaminu. Zkřížená sensitizace k extázi po opakovaném podání metamfetaminu se nevyskytla.
Abstract (in English)
The results showed significant stimulatory influence of ecstasy after the acute administration; neither development nor expression of sensitization after ecstasy repeated treatment; significant stimulatory influence of methamphetamine after the acute administration and both development and expression of sensitization after methamphetamine repeated treatment; development and expression of cross-sensitization following methamphetamine challenge dose after ecstasy pre-treatment. Finally, no cross-sensitization was registered following ecstasy challenge dose after methamphetamine pre-treatment.
