Dopaminergní antidepresiva lze vzhledem k mechanismu účinku užít i v léčbě poruch libida u obou pohlaví a poruch erekce, ovlvinění ženského orgasmu je problematické. Vlastní prezentovaná data jsou v souladu s většími soubory publikovanými v zahraničí

Abstract (in English)

Dopaminergic antidepressant bupropion could be used in the treatment in decrease of libido in both sexes, disturbances of erection. Treatment of female orgasmic disorder is less successfull. Present data are similra comparing with results published abroad.
