Abstract
Evaluates the effect of asymmetric shielding tensor of base carbons in nucleic acids on the dynamic parameters obtained by the model-free approach. The results include the dependence on the strength of the magnetic field and diffusion properties of the molecule for the systems of different internal mobility.
Abstract (in Czech)
Práce hodnotí vliv asymetrie stínícího tenzoru jader uhlíku v bazích nukleových kyselin na parametry dynamiky molekul získané metodou model-free. Výsledky zahrnují vliv použitého magnetického pole a difúzních vlastností molukuly pro systémy s různou vnitřní mobilitou.
