Abstract

Text poukazuje na nové pohledy autorky na týmovou práci v širokém spektru ziskových i neziskových organizací. Její dílo přináší mnohé netradiční poznatky o důležitosti charakteristik osobnosti vedoucího týmu i členů týmu, o místě týmu v organizační struktuře instituce, o psychologických nástrojích zkvalitnění součinnosti lidí v organizaci.

Abstract (in English)

The text points out the author's new views on teamwork in a broad range of both profit-making and non-profit-making organisations. It brings numerous untraditional findings on the importance of personality characteristics of a team leader as well as of team members, on position of a team in an organisational structure of an institution, on psychological means of improving co-operation of people in an organisation.
