Abstract

Každá emoce vylaďuje organizmus k zvládání určité situace. Co v případě deprese - jsou emoce nemocné? Nebo i deprese plní pro organizmus a jeho okolí určitou funkci? Kdy se deprese stává nemocí, kdy se z funkčního stavu stává psychiatrickou diagnózou a jak se to děje? Takovéto otázky vyvstávají před terapeutem, který sám sebe přestává chránit diagnostikováním patologie pacienta. Odpovědi na tyto otázky ovlivní terapeutův styl práce. Uvědomuje si, že diagnózu deprese vytváří společně s pacientem. Společně ji mohou přetvářet a nebo posilovat moc nemoci.

Abstract (in English)

Every emotion prepares an organism for coping certain situation. What about in the case of depression - are emotions ill? Or depression also has a certain function for the organism? When depression becomes illness, when it transforms from functional state to psychiatric diagnosis - and how it happens? This type of questions arrise in front of a therapist, who stops keeping himself safe by simply diagnosing the pathology of a patient. Answers to these questions then influence the therapist style of work. He is aware he co-creates the diagnosis of depression togeather with the patient. Togeather they can transform it or make the power of illness even stronger.
