This study presents results of cytotoxicity and Aryl Hydrocarbon Receptor-Mediated Activity of N-heterocyclic Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons along with their parental compounds determined in a model in vitro system. Structure-Activity Relationship was performed to determine the structural features of the compounds related to the observed effects.

Tato studie popisuje cytotoxicitu a Ah receptorem zprostředkovanou aktivitu N-heterocyklických polycyklických aromatických uhlovodíků a jejich parentálních látek hodnocenou v in vitro modelu. Na základě získaných dat byly analyzovány strukturně-aktivitní vztahy k určení nejvýzmamnějších strukturních paramtů ovlivňujících sledované účinky.
