Abstract
Na základě bioinformatického studia byly zpracovány základní charakteristiky osmi potenciálních rhodanas u Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans. Byly optimalizovány podmínky pro PCR u šesti z nich a jedna byla připravena v rekombinantní podobě.
Abstract (in English)
Based on bioinformatical studies basic characteristics of eight potencial rhodaneses of Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans have been done. The conditions of PCR were optimazed by six of them and one was prepared in recombinant form.
