Abstract
In this study we used the model of i.v. self-administration of MET combined with premedication with MET hypothesizing possible influence of behavioral sensitization to MET on the spontaneous intake in i.v. self-administration in rats.
Abstract (in Czech)
Byly sledovány rozdíly ve výši a rychlosti akvizice metamfetaminu. Zvířata premedikovaná metamfetaminem přijímala vysoce signifikantně nižší dávku drogy než zvířata premedikovaná vehikulem. Změny v rychlosti navození návyku v modelu nebyly zaznamenány jako signifikantní.
