Abstract

Příspěvek se zabývá strategickým managementem a strategií, a to nejprve historií a vývojem založených na studiu dostupné literatury. Důraz je kladen především na tři různá období – na léta šedesátá a osmdesátá minulého století a na počátek 21. století (tedy současnost). Dále se příspěvek věnuje praktickému využívání strategie a strategického managementu v zaměstnavatelských organizacích, což bylo zjišťováno pomocí dotazníkového šetření mezi studenty předmětu Základy managementu určeného pro bakalářské kombinované studium oborů Veřejné správy a Právní vztahy k nemovitostem na Právnické fakultě MU.

Abstract (in English)

The paper deals with a strategic management and strategy, firstly with its history and development based on research of available letters. The contribution focuses mainly on three various periods - the years sixties and eighties of the last century and on the beginning of the 21st century (so the present time). Next the practical using of the strategy and strategic management in the employering organizations is discussed, which was searched with a help of a question-form among the students of a course Management Basics, which is intended for a combined bachelor's degree program of the branches Public Administration and Law Related To The Real-Estates on the Law Faculty of Masaryk University.
