Abstract

V originále

This paper presents the developed technologies of eGovernment of the Czech Republic in the solution of the project of the ARROW (Assessment and Reference Reports of Water monitoring). This project was issued from the implementation of Directive 2000/60/EC, establishing a framework for Community action in the field of water policy. It enables monitoring of surface waters of the Czech Republic mainly and covers all aspects of this problem from data sampling to information, indicators and decision making. The project is based on a long time development of this field in the Czech Republic and is related to a parallel project of the Ministry for Environment of the Czech Republic connected to environmental monitoring programs. The Masaryk University and the Water Research Institute T. G. Masaryk have been solving this project in cooperation since 2005.
