Abstract

Se vzrůstajícím počtem migrantů na území našeho státu nabývá na významu otázka jejich integrace. Za klíčový předpoklad integrace cizinců do společnosti je pak považována jejich integrace na trhu páce. Zkušenosti z některých evropských zemí však naznačují, že nalézt efektivní a účinnou cestu integrace cizinců na trh práce není vůbec jednoduché. Důkazem toho jsou vysoké míry nezaměstnanosti cizinců prakticky ve všech evropských zemích stejně jako výrazné rozdíly mezi ukazateli socio-ekonomické postavení na trhu práce mezi tzv. native-born a foreign-born pracovníky. V tomto textu se proto snažím zjistit, jaké jsou soudobé vývojové tendence v oblasti integrace cizinců na trhu práce a jaké jsou faktory budoucího vývoje v této oblasti v České republice. Odpověď na tyto otázky se snažím nalézt prostřednictvím údajů o stavu a vývoji zaměstnanosti cizinců v České republice, zmapováním dosavadního vývoje přístupu k zaměstnávání cizinců v České republice a na základě poznatků o současných opatřeních na podporu integrace cizinců na trhu práce. Tímto článkem bych chtěla poukázat na potřebu zkoumat a vyvíjet nové způsoby práce s cizinci vedoucí k jejich úspěšné participaci na pracovním trhu.

Abstract (in English)

The issue of foreigner integration in the labour market is most important with the increasing number of migrants. Labour market integration is considered the key assumption of migrant integration; however, it is difficult to find an efficient way to labour market integration of foreigners as experience from some European countries indicates through the high unemployment rate of migrants, and the marked difference between the native-born and the foreign-born concerning their labour market status indicators. The aim of this article is to find out the contemporary development tendencies in the labour market integration of foreigners and the main factors for future development in this sphere in the Czech Republic. I am trying to find the answer to this question through data concerning foreigner employment in the Czech Republic, mapping the current development of attitudes towards the employment of foreigners and based on current measures to integrate in the labour market. I would like point out the need to investigate and develop new ways of working with foreigners aimed at their successful labour market participation.
