Abstract
Sialorrhea je častým symptómom u Parkinsonovej choroby, vyskytuje sa takmer u 75 % pacientov. Cieľom našej retrospektívnej štúdie u pacientov s Parkinsonovou chorobou so sialorrheou bolo objektivizovať efekt aplikácie botulotoxinu A do slinných žliaz. Výsledky našej práce potvrdili efektivitu a bezpečnosť podania botulotoxínu pri sialorrhei u pacientov s Parkinsonovou chorobou.
