Abstract
Each analytical technique has its advantages and limitations and may serve a particular need in analysis. "Coupling" of various analytical tools to solve a biochemical task can be very promising. In the present work, we report on investigation of affecting of various species of plants (maize, beet, sunflower) by cadmium(II) and lead(II) ions by means of spectroscopic (laser induced breakdown spectroscopy -- LIBS) and electrochemical (high performance liquid chromatography with electrochemical detection -- HPLC-ED) techniques.
Abstract (in Czech)
Každá analytická metoda má své výhody a limity a může sloužit jednotlivým potřebám analýz. "Spojení" různých analytických nástrojů pro řešení biochemických úkolů může být velmi slibné. V této práci, popisujeme zkoumání vlivu iontů kadmia a železa na různé druhy rostlin (kukuřice, cukrovka, slunečnice) pomocí spektroskopie (laserem indukovaná ablační spektroskopie - LIBS) a elektrochemické metody (HPLC-ED).
