Abstract

Předkládaná teoreticko metodologická studie se zabývá teoretickými východisky výzkumu dynamiky politického procesu v komplexním prostředí evropské sociální politiky. Politický proces autor chápe jako soustavu záměrných sociálních aktivit a rozhodnutí. Autor si klade za cíl posoudit vybrané teoretické koncepce rozhodování z hlediska jejich využití pro výzkum dynamiky politického procesu. Vychází přitom z popisu praktických problémů výzkumníků politického procesu, kteří upozorňují na evidentní fragmentarizaci sociální teorie a nedostatek integrujících hledisek vysvětlujících rozporuplné výsledky empirických zjištění.

Abstract (in English)

The theoretically methodological theory submitted is concerned with theoretical basis for the research of political process dynamics in the complex environment of European social policy. The author comprehends the political process as a system of intentional social activities and decisions. The author proposes to consider chosen theoretical conceptions of determination in terms of their utilization in the research of political process dynamics. In doing so, he starts with the description of practical problems of political process researchers, who call attention to the evident fragmentarization of the social theory and to the lack of integral viewpoints explaining inconsistent results of empiric investigations.
