Abstract
The yeasts of the genus Candida (C. albicans, C. dublinienesis, C. parapsilosis) were identified by capillary electrophoresis and capillary isoelectric focusing. These techniqes are able distinguish biofilm-positive and biofilm-negative strains.

Kvasinky rodu Candida (C. albicans, C. dublinienesis, C. parapsilosis) byly identifikovány pomocí kapilární electroforézy a pomocí kapilární izoelektrické fokusace. Tyto techniky jsou také schopny odlišit biofilmpozitivní a biofilmnegativní kmeny.
