Abstract
We have studied the effect of the roughness and quality of the different surface treatment of TiO2 electrodes (machined, acid etching surface or titanium plasma spray modification) on the adsorption of fibrinogen by electrochemical methods including the voltametric and impedance techniques. We have shown that a sensitive method for the determination of fibrinogen adsorption on mercury surface is electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS).

Studovali jsme vliv povrchové drsnosti a různé povrchové úpravy TiO2 elektrod na adsorpci fibrinogenu elektrochemickými metodami (voltametrie, impedanční techniky). Ukázali jsme, že elektrochemická impedanční spektroskopie (EIS) může citlivě detekovat adsorpci fibrinogenu na povrchu rtuti.
