Abstract
Conduct disorders(CD) and attention -deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) are important and social problems. According to current available knowledge, many different risk factors are understood to be initiator and determinants of these behavioral disorders : genetic/hereditary, biological environmental, and psycho-social. The current information about the prevalence, problems with diagnosis, comorbity, causal and determinant factors, and treatment of CD/ADHD in childhood are described.The basic results of the ELSPAC prospective longitudinal epidemiological study concerned with topic among a group og Czech are involved.
