Abstract
Perphenazine blocks transient outward potassium current Ito in a concentration-dependent manner by decreasing its amplitude and accelerating the apparent Ito-inactivation.

Perfenazin blokuje přechodný draslíkový proud z buňky Ito v závislosti na aplikované koncentraci snížením amplitudy proudu a zrychlením jeho zdánlivé inaktivace.
