Abstract (in English)
the work shows the determination of human rights by the biological limits of human beings. There is introduced a theory, that the legislation is a meme. From point of view of form, the legal regulation has a form of fractale. From this fact comes out unpossibility of perfect legislation. The work evaluates the role of altruism and of the games theory for the law.
