Abstract

V souboru 23 pacientů ( 10 mužů, 13 žen, průměrný věk 28,6 let) s atopickým ekzémem pouze v aerogenní distribuci jsme provedli atopické epikutánní testy s aerogenními alergeny a dále vyšetření specifického IgE a prick testy se stejnými alergeny. Výsledky atopických epikutánních testů korelovaly s anamnestickými údaji pacientů v 69,5 %,zatímco korelace výsledků prick testů a specifického IgE na aerogenní alergeny s anamnézou pacientů byla nižší (60,9 % resp.56,5%). Vzájemná korelace výsledků atopických epikutánních testů a specifického IgE byla 34,8%, atopických epikutánních testů a prick testů 30,4% a specifického IgE a prick testů 87%.

Abstract (in English)

In a group of 23 patients ( 10 men, 13 women, mean age 28,6 years) with atopic dermatitis in air exposed areas atopy patch tests were conducted with airborne allergens as well as the investigation of specific IgE and prick tests. The results of atopy patch tests correlated with the history in 69,5 %, while the correlation of the results of prick tests and specific IgE with the history was lower (60,9 % resp. 56,5%). Mutual correlation of the results of atopy patch tests and specific IgE was 34,8%, atopy patch tests and prick tests 30,4% and specific IgE and prick tests 87%.
